(Susanna and Esther circa 1978)
"Little Seouls was started by 2 sisters, Susanna and Esther back in July of 2008 after the adoption of Susanna’s daughter from Korea. Through her involvement in the adoption community, she realized many adoptive families had very little access to Korean children’s goods. Then a little lightbulb went on in her head and that’s how Little Seouls the idea was born.

ReplyDeleteI've placed several orders through Little Seouls and Little Seouls Party. For my two year old's next party, I plan to order the Patisserie favor boxes and a cake topper. The new Korean Character Blocks look great too! I'm a fan of all of the FB pages you mentioned. Thanks!

I really like the Wishing Tree at Little Seouls Party. On the Little Seouls site, there are some wonderful Hangul resources that I'd love to get for the kids (posters, Pororo Hangul coloring book, etc).
ReplyDeleteHmmm, there is a lot of things that I would buy from Little Souls but I guess if I had to narrow it down I would by Korean lang. books or dvds for my daughter. Being an Korean adoptee myself & growing up in an all white comm. where there wasn't any resourses for me. & if there was I didn't know or find about them until I was an adult. My husband being a fellow KAD & since we had our daughter it is more important to us for her to know her heritage. Thanks to your sister Esther we have rented an hanbok for the 100th day celebration & a Dol. Hopefully when she gets a little bit older I would like to buy a hanbok from Little Seoul. Thank you.
ReplyDeletehello!!! I would buy the hangul magnets for the fridge or the pororo play mat :) Everythin is so cute!! My son is half korean and he is starting to learn some words so it would be wonderful to buy something :) Thankyou Kes232@hotmail.com
