Seoul Searching Mama was created as I began a search for my Korean birth family in June of 2010. Searching for these individuals was never an interest of mine, as I have always been content and thankful for my adoptive family.
It wasn't until I gave birth to my own daughter that it became an important part of our history that I would like to share with my posterity.
Although I am sharing very personal thoughts and life events, Seoul Searching Mama is not just a personal blog. It is a public venue for any and all that are interested in my story. Not only has this blog been created to track my search, but it is also a place to share news and information to those interested and part of the adoption community.
