Don't know what pass along cards are? Pass along cards are an amazing tool used by couples looking to adopt, to find searching birth parents and waiting children to be adopted. Pass along cards commonly include a photo of the family looking to adopt, their contact information and even a family blog or web address. The idea is to hand these cards out to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors... anyone and everyone! Then, when they find themselves with the opportunity to share your information, they can "pass along" your card in the hopes to connect with a potential child to adopt!
